Nimonic 86
NIMONIC®alloy 86 has been developed to provide amaterial with good workability, ductility andweldability, high creep strength and exceptionally goodcyclic oxidation resistance at 1050°C. The alloy is of thesolid solution type and it is intended principally for usein high temperature applications such as gas turbinecombustion chambers, afterburner parts and heat-treatment furnace equipment.
